Trust.....

Definition: reliance on the integrity, strength, ability, surety, etc., of a person or thing; confidence.

Trust is a very tricky thing. You trust yourself, parents, family, even your friends. But should you? Even the ones closest to us break our confidence (Trust). 

I have had people tell me lately that I don't talk to them or confide in them like I use to. That I stay to myself and I don't talk to anyone, I look sad and unhappy. 

Well I think I am Just in doing so. My Trust has been Broken, even trampled.

So now I have to rebuild. Which calls for patience and time
